What To Expect
We have a couple very simple house rules and policies in place to enhance your stay and ensure everyone is clear on what to expect from their experience at Pangea House.
Adults Only
We welcome any and all guests 12 years and above.

Should you wish to book the entire house for a family gathering or wedding, exceptions are made for appropriately supervised children.
Pet Free
We have decided to sacrifice welcoming a feisty kitty and lovable pup in to our home to ensure you have an experience free from as many allergens as possible. In return, we appreciate you leaving Mittens/Fido at home.
Cancellations
We welcome you to our home anytime after 3:00pm ET on your check in day. Please advise us if you need to change or cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance.

We will not issue refunds within 7 days of check in, and all refunds incur a 3.4% admin fee.
Breakfast
At Pangea House, the world comes together every morning in ‘Europe’ for a hot breakfast at 8:30am ET.
Cheoff Geoff serves a globally-inspired hot breakfast with fruit, muffins, and smoothies, as well as coffee and tea. Outside serving time, fresh fruit and muffins can be provided until check out.
Coffee and tea are available 24/7.
